Systems that work
while owners sleep.

Real projects for real businesses in France, Poland and the United States. Each one started with the same question: where does this owner lose time or money? Two of them are live below. The demo in the dark card works right here.

JusteCote

Finds apartments on the Côte d'Azur that are listed below their real market value. Every listing is compared, address by address and district by district, with official notarial sales data from the French state (DVF). The site updates every morning.

  • A weekly report for each user: favourites, changes and price drops.
  • Built for investors who want to see a good deal before everyone else.
  • Investors liked it and introduced me to people who paid to use it. The partnership is paused until I have a French company.

No subscription and no sign-up needed: every feature is open.

Lead qualification

A marketer I met at the gym gets large volumes of leads from his ads. I built the scoring logic, the system and a light interface that sorts every lead by readiness, seriousness and budget. He uses it for every client. This is a simplified version of the logic.

Pick a budget so the system can score the lead.
Pick a timeline.
Write a few words about the goal.

Komplet Digital

A company I opened with a friend in Warsaw to help local businesses make more money with less effort: websites, Google profiles, review systems and automation. We started with food courts and restaurants and already work with our first clients.

My partner meets owners in person, I build the systems. Lesson learned in week one: a restaurant owner does not answer messages, but he listens when you walk in.

My first restaurant

I did it for free to learn. Then the owner paid me anyway.

WebsiteMenu, story and contacts in one place.
Voice agentAnswers the phone and handles guest questions.
ChatbotAnswers on the website day and night.

The owner says it saves him most of his time. Now he buys produce and manages his staff, and the rest runs on its own.

Car parts assistant

An AI assistant that identifies car parts for an auto parts business, so the team finds the right part faster. It is a private internal tool, so I show it live on request.
