Shabovta

I build AI systems that give small business owners their time back, and I manage building sites in France. I am applying to business school to turn what I learned on the ground into a real company.

My story

Where I come from and why it matters.

I was born in Minsk and moved to Ukraine at five, when my father's work took the family there. I grew up in a house where sport was a profession: my mother is a professional tennis coach, my father a stunt riding and drift champion who later judged competitions across Europe.

Then my life became motorcycle road racing. I started on pit bikes in 2018, moved to full circuit racing, and spent three seasons learning that speed is mostly preparation, discipline and the people around you.

My flight was booked for 9 am on 24 February 2022. It never took off. The war started at 6.

We left everything and moved to Poland. Racing ended there, because there was no money left for it. I finished my studies online, started earning on my own in Warsaw, and in 2023 joined a British school on the Côte d'Azur without speaking English.

Since then I have lived and worked in three countries, built AI systems for real businesses and learned to start again from zero. That is what I want to bring to SKEMA, and what I want SKEMA to sharpen.

Site and building manager

Office fit out company · Côte d'Azur, France

I am responsible for building sites from the client's side of the work.

  • Visit sites and check the quality and progress of the work.
  • Review contractor estimates and give a clear verdict: approve, renegotiate or refuse.
  • Coordinate the team on site and keep the client informed.

This is the job I keep alongside my studies. Study comes first.

AI automation for small businesses

Independent · France, Poland, United States

I design and launch AI systems for owners who have no time: websites, phone voice agents, chatbots, lead qualification and review systems. I use AI tools to build, I read the code and find the errors, and I always start from one question: where does this owner lose time or money?

  • First restaurant, Côte d'Azur. My first project, done for free to learn: a website, a phone voice agent and a chatbot. The owner says it saves him most of his time, so he can focus on buying produce and managing staff. He insisted on paying me anyway.
  • Lead qualification for a US marketer. We met at the gym. His ads bring in large volumes of leads, so I built the scoring logic, the system and a light interactive interface that sorts every lead by readiness, seriousness and budget. He now uses it for every client.
  • Restaurant in Warsaw. A complete system for Google reviews: optimised Google profile, website, a reply to every review, QR codes on the tables, and an automatic message after each order asking for a rating with an offer for the next visit. Paid as a setup plus monthly support.
  • JusteCote. A tool that finds apartments on the Côte d'Azur listed below their real value, checked against official notarial sales. Investors liked it and recommended it to people who paid to use it. Live site
  • Car parts assistant. A private AI assistant that identifies car parts for an auto parts business. Shown live on request.

Co-founder, Komplet Digital

Warsaw, Poland · kompletdigital.pl

I opened Komplet with a friend to do one thing: help local businesses make more money with less effort. We started with food courts and restaurants and already work with our first clients. My partner is on the ground in Warsaw and meets clients in person; I build the systems.

We keep the structure light and costs low until demand is steady. The first lesson was simple and expensive: online messages do not sell to a restaurant owner. Walking in does.

Renovation of rental apartments

Property company · Amsterdam, Netherlands

I went to Amsterdam to enter university there. My Russian grade arrived too late for the intake, so I stayed and looked for work, which was hard to find. My father had taught me renovation, so I started helping neighbours with repairs. A property company noticed my work and hired me.

For about a year I renovated rental apartments in one of the best districts of the city, five days a week, long days, living there with my girlfriend and our French bulldog.

The colleague who taught me most had been with the company for years and always stayed late. When his old car broke down, I proposed a deal to our employer: the company buys a car on credit, he drives it and pays it off while he works there, with no parking costs, and the car stays a company asset. The employer agreed. It taught me that the best deal is the one where every side wins something concrete.

My own resale business

Warsaw, Poland

After we arrived in Poland I started earning on my own: reselling clothes and items through Vinted and to regular clients, and renting items out for photo shoots. Small, but mine, and it taught me pricing, negotiation and how to treat a customer.

Education

2023
to 2025

Mougins British International School

Mougins, France · A Levels and BTEC, taught fully in English

I joined without speaking English. My teachers praised my questions and arguments in class; what I lacked was the structure of an exam essay in English, and I worked on exactly that afterwards. Economics was my favourite subject: break even analysis and reading the news through an economist's eyes.

  • Presented anatomy topics to other classes as part of BTEC Sport.
  • Organised football tournaments for junior pupils and refereed a school tournament.
  • Helped the headmaster run weekly rugby sessions for younger pupils.

Sport

The school before school.

2018 to 2021 · Ukraine and Europe

Motorcycle road racing

Stunt riding and motocross first, then circuit racing from pit bikes upwards. Three seasons. After two third places I won the Ukrainian championship, raced six hour endurance events, and finished second in a European qualifying race.

Childhood · Kyiv

Football, acrobatics, boxing

Youth player at the Dynamo Kyiv football academy, regularly the team's top scorer. Kyiv champion in acrobatics. Boxing at city level. Sport taught me to train when nobody is watching.
